This project focus was around the family room/ media station. It required a non load bearing wall to be removed separating the the kitchen and dining room which now accommodates family gatherings and entertaining much better. Our client took on some of the work and we were able to squeeze this into our schedule as an opening in our pipeline allowed for it. Our clients budget was a bit challenging so we focussed the attention of soundproofing the suite and selecting economical products. We opened up two wall to make the kitchen open concept as well as sound proofed the second bedroom wall next to the stairs and shared laundry room.
