Secured floor joists where fasteners had deteriorated from treaded material chemicals. Installed new Trex Composite Decking, Island Mist color. Replace old wood railings with Trex Signature Series Black Railing. New white Aluminum 3in framing for screen walls with less uprights for better view with 20/20 screen mesh to keep the bugs out.
