Carpet, fixtures, painting and cash wrap. Overall good work. **★ — Tony Jones, April 2018** > Had an initial consultation for approximately two hours in our home with one of the co-owners. We discussed a myriad of renovation options, timelines and sequencing. We advised that we were in the information gathering stage and really wanted to get a ball park estimate of cost. We projected a budget of 150k based on our own unrefined research. Our stated objective was to determine how close we were for planning purposes. The meeting went well and we anticipated a preliminary estimate back in 7 days or so. Approximately 2 weeks later I received the following: "I have spoken with several of my trade partners regarding your project and I don't feel that I can be competitive in the projected budget for your project." I understood the intent behind the communication, but wanted clarification on the ambiguous specifics. I immediately (within 30 minutes of the email) requested clarification as to what degree, percentage or amount impacted his decision. No response. I understand this is the busy season, but the lack of follow-up and professionalism associated with this company was at best - disappointing! Unfortunately he was not comfortable discussing the experience with me.
