At the end Doug went through everything and made sure we understood how our house worked. We also received a book with all of the instructions, warranties, and a list of subcontractors. The bid came in very close to the original bid. The allowances Doug set definitely covered what we were looking for. This wasn't our first custom built home, but it was definitely the best experience by far! We love our dream home and would definitely use Browning Homes again! The cabinets are custom, made by Core Cabinets in Richland, WA. **Q: Who is the manufacture of the railing?** *(in Photo Questions)* What size circle are used? A: The railing was designed by myself in an effort to bring in the neoclassical elements that this house needed. It was fabricated by a local metal fabrication company. Great kitchen! thank you A: Thank you--the kitchen is beautiful. The color of the paint is Kingsport Grey by Sherwin Williams, the tile is an iridescent glass mosaic tile with a glass bead grout.
