This meant everything from great recommendations (like thorough inspectors who were great at their job and also very reasonably priced) to answering my emails at both midnight and 6 AM (I’m not sure when she sleeps!) When we had an issue with our lender “surprising” us with extra cash needed to close, we experienced the weight behind the name of Rachel Betz. They have a plethora of experience, resources and drive, and because of that, we received the full ask offer we were looking for! > On the buying side, Rachel miraculously negotiated fantastic terms and a sale price (who gets additional finished square footage, discounted sale price, closing cost credits AND a contingency in this market??). > > Rachel always seemed one step ahead, often sending us over contract amendments to keep our best interests ahead of the daily changes that can occur with appraisals, inspections, schedule slips, etc. Nadine helped Rachel manage this process, and was equally available for questions and clarifications, and kept us aware of when different deadlines were approaching and what actions we needed to do by when. I would consider myself a high-maintenance client who over thinks and stresses (these are big life decisions, people!)
