We currently live in Delaware, so building a custom home in South Carolina was a little concerning, because of the long distance. That concern was brief as we quickly discovered that Jeff and Marc's communication skills were over the top. They were in continuous communication with us, keeping us up to date with the progress of the construction, from the beginning to the completion. When we had questions. they were always there to give us reasonable answers on a timely basis. We know COVID-19 made their job more difficult, but I can't think of one thing that we were dissatisfied with. You don’t see this much but it looks great on this house with the brick. I’m assuming brick mortar is same mortar as stucco? A: Yes, the aggregate for this stucco is oyster shell. This "tabby" finish is very historic and common here in the coastal Lowcountry! **Q: That old style brick! Love it!** *(in Photo Questions)* Gorgeous home! What brick color was used here? A: The brick on this home was Savannah Grey from Old Carolina Brick. **Q: What are the colors of this house?** *(in Photo Questions)* The siding, shutters & blue doors :). Thank you. A: Thanks so much for reaching out! The trim color is Sherwin-Williams "Alabaster" (SW7008) and the windows and roof are both dark bronze. Sadly, the stucco color was a blend of colors to create an "Old World" finish to match another existing property.
