> Tessa helped us with two of our Asheville houses. Our first house was a complete renovation of a 1920s Montford colonial revival house. Tessa was instrumental in helping guide the layout of a to-the-studs kitchen and 2 bathrooms. Her suggestions help add modern functionality while staying true to the historical style of the home.

> In our second home, Tessa's great color sense helped us choose relaxing, stylish paint colors for the interior. She also helped pick out a matching color for our exterior. Amazingly her new choice perfectly matched the preexisting paints. You cannot tell which cedar boards were the newly repaired ones versus the original ones.

> I highly recommend her. Not only is she talented; she is a joy to work with.
