We went from a "yard" inhabited solely by dirt and lizards and broken rocks to a lovely modern pool. They listened carefully to our input, looked at images of what we wanted and put together solid plans. Michal was knowledgeable of all the city requirements and idiosyncrasies and made a few suggestions that saved us time and money (contacting the original soils engineer who worked with the our community's builders to get the soils report). Our pool contractor was able to follow her plans with ease. But even then, Michal offered to consult with them and us if we needed any further instructions.
