> I was bidding on the job and as soon as I saw the architectural drawings, I knew Adi is a very professional architect. Typically I don't get such good drawings from architects. Thanks to Adi's detailed drawings, I could provide a lower fee proposal for the job. It was very clear what needs to be done and so there was less need for contingency. This was a high-end job and very detailed. Adi was available at all times to provide answers and clarifications. Many times he showed up at the site at a moment's notice to make sure everything was clear and going well. Adi quite often provided 3D drawings and sketches to clarify complicated details. This helped me and my sub-contractors tremendously. It made our job easier and allowed the millworkers to reduce the costs to the owner. Since that initial job we have done two more jobs together. I'm looking forward to working with Adi again.

He also paid attention to a lot of small details in the finishes, and the way the old blends with the new. He had created the sketches, detailed pricing plans, submission set for the department of buildings, and 3D drawings.
