A: These are West Elm globe lights from a few years back. Here's their current version: http://www.westelm.com/products/globe-pendant-a563/?pkey=cpendants&&cpendants This particular installation was made easier by the fact that the ceiling and electrical are exposed, so there wasn't any guesswork with j-box placement.
