I now realize it was her assistant Corrine that did all the work and came up with great ideas. We had to fire Rayna a few months into the project as too many of the ideas did not work for us and she was trying to bully us into thinking they would. There were also so many wrong orders placed and it took 3-4 times longer to complete a simple task. One example.....a tape measure should be used when measuring a space instead of trying to eye ball everything. She ended up wasting so much of our time and costing us thousands of dollars. I am trying to be polite in this review but I am not a happy camper. I would never use Rayna again and would not recommend her to anyone.
