We asked for something functionally modern and laid out to provide maximum elbow room in a limited space. We also asked for something attractive that would blend in with our rustic 70 year old cottage. To complicate things further, the project had to be organized from a distance because I live in England most of the year, and then the final whammy came with Covid 19 restrictions at the time of installation. And Erika delivered! We met with Erika a couple of times in the summer of 2019 to discuss layout and requirements and to see samples in her showroom. After that everything was handled by email. Erika sourced materials, found appliances, supervised workmen ( a shout out to Rick Hamilton who did the carpentry) and kept us updated every step of the way. When travel restrictions miraculously let us travel to Vermont at the end of June 2020 we walked in to a perfect kitchen. It exceeded all our expectations and there was virtually no snag list - brilliant because we had to quarantine.
