I wanted to return a light i bought online because it was not the correct one. I emailed them and they acknowledged that i wanted to return the product. I did not receive any return labels or emails with return labels. After a few days i called they customer service and was always sent to an answering machine. After another week none of my messages were returned. Once i finally got someone on the phone, they told me they would not accept my return because it was over the 30 day return policy. **Comment from Lights Online:** > Hello edwardtom5, > > Thanks for the feedback. We were able to look into your order which was placed on January 27th through our website. Your request to return was received on February 2nd, well within the 30 days time frame. Return authorizations can take several business days to process. One of our customer service reps sent you a prepaid return label to use on February 9th. We received your item and refunded you for this return on February 14th. When I visited the website to check on the availability, sure enough, they are in stock just at a much higher price. It's pretty obvious to me someone made an error when entering the online price and Lights Online refuses to honor the advertised price I paid. When I called customer service, a man named Bryan continually interrupted by saying over and over "we're not fulfilling this order. we're not fulfilling this order. we're not fulfilling this order". They keep claiming my items are out of stock and yet they are still available, listed as "in stock" on their website. I offered to be put on the backorder list, "we're not fulfilling this order". Take that width in inches and subtract 12. The number you get is a good maximum size for a pendant to go over the island.
