> We have worked with several contractors over 3 houses and several decades but Hadley-Irvine General Contracting is by far the best firm we have dealt with.  During the summer of 2019 they built a new garage / workshop for us, on budget and just slightly behind schedule due to a lot of spring rain.

> They outlined the project in detail with an easy to understand and well-laid out agreement.  From the time they broke ground for the foundation through to final inspection there were no surprises.  Kirk kept us updated on what came next and always emailed us the day before any tradespeople arrived.  The sub trades that they used all did quality work and kept the worksite very clean. I’m fairly handy and familiar with building methods so I checked out each phase after completion.  Rarely could I find something to fault and usually I was nit-picking.  And anything I pointed out was not forgotten and was usually fixed within days of it being pointed out.

> Jeff and Kirk have done many projects at our house in the past. This particular time it was our kitchen backsplash and laundry room. As always they did a wonderful job. For the laundry room, the guys installed a laundry sink/cabinet and backsplash. Since the guys do quality work, they had a licensed plumber handle all plumbing. A electrical outlet needed to be moved. Normally they use a licensed electrician do the larger jobs but this time they did the electrical work themselves.  In the areas they were working, the guys lay drop cloths down and they vacuum up the area at the end of the day. Hadley-Irvine may not be inexpensive but they will give you quality work with a warranty.

What I loved was the contract that they drew up in details of the work that was entailed also showing when payments were due in stages to the completion of the work project. Our main concern on this project was to do with the safe construction of our walk out deck from the kitchen, approximately 12 feet high. They explained with no doubt on how it was going to be built and impressed me with the abundance of knowledge and experience that they both shared. The team met all of our expectations and their workmanship is flawless. The project was completed in about 4 to 5 days with not one piece of scrap lying around anywhere to be seen.
