We had 11 bids to do our job and Larry came in the lowest with zero haggling having to be done! He walked through the project with us, gave us a cost and stuck to it. The service from the guys was AMAZING. Hard working and professional, these guys flat out knocked it out of the park! Their willingness to make sure it's perfect was amazing. IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR CONSTRUCTION, SERIOUSLY, LOOK NO FURTHER!!! You will not be disappointed. They are the cheapest because they care about their customers and they have several teams who are booked out. After the first big rain, they came and brought in dirt and packed in the spots that had sunk. Who does that? And free of charge at that!!!! They also built a housing for my grill with gas, built a 10ft by 20ft pergola that attached to the house while re-routing the drainage from the home. E.C. then scored the concrete slab that extended our porch along with the older portion and tied it together completely! In the end, the crew was polite, professional and timely, the work was outstanding and out of about 15 quotes, it was by far the most reasonable and realistic!
