She was also able to fill in the gaps left by my contractor by providing sub-contractors where needed. And, thanks to her critical thinking skills and attentiveness, we avoided several construction crises which were going unnoticed by other workers. She even went to bat for us and helped secure discounts when we did encounter the inevitable hiccups along the way. She was our hero more than once throughout this huge undertaking. She also happens to be a very caring and fun person, of the highest integrity, so we had the added benefit of enjoying her company on a personal level.
