> I hired Lanza to come reconnect some equipment left to me by the previous home owner.  Andy arrived in a timely manner and was both courteous/informative.  I know nothing, if not less then nothing, about the equipment much less how to use it.  There was a minor programming issue after Andy left but Lanza was prompt in sending him back.  Highly recommended.
