This failure is obvious. > > I called Monty to ask why he failed to level the concrete. He was unaware that this was a common practice. He consulted a real professional who confirmed this process. Then Monty told me “I learn something new every time” but he did not offer to fix the problem, discount the work, etc. > > I would not recommend MRM to anyone.
