> Holscher Architecture, which consists of Phoebe Holscher, David Holscher and their team were fantastic and effective to work with on our major 2-condo to single-family home conversion and renovation in 2014-2015 here in Tiburon, CA. Phoebe and David are both lovely people to begin with- and we left our project feeling the same way. They listened and responded diplomatically and diligently to our needs and requests and creatively came up with a spectacular plan. They were experts in navigating the challenging building and permit processes within our community.
