> We originally contracted with Dan Watts in October 2013, when we first moved into our home.  The work done at that time included removing baseboards and refurbishing the walls, painting, laying hardwood flooring, installation of ceiling lights, as well and installation of a metal security front door and new locks on the house and garage.  He also created a raised area with a cover/roof for our dog igloo with matching roof shingles.
> Dan returned with his crew early in 2015.  They installed chain link to create 2 dog runs,  and started preparation for our patio by removing lot of old concrete and placing footings to get ready for the concrete to be poured.  The larger portion of the job was done by a concrete contractor, however, Dan poured the steps to the lower patio himself, as well as a walkway.  Once concrete work was compete, Dan and crew installed our wood patio that spanned the length of the back of the house.
