**★ — Team Andrews, Oct. 2020**

> We started our project with Scott & Aloha in September 2019 while also building a house. There were many deadlines missed by Aloha which cause delay of our Pool installation. After the stress of building a house, Aloha did not finish installation of the pool officially until the end of July 2020. Our pool is not a large pool at all. After we made our last payment, Scott basically became unreachable. We started to have issues with various things, one included water erupting out of our sand filter around 3 am. It took at least 3 days before anyone made an effort to come check out our pool equipment. We’ve had issue after issue with our pool and the responses from Aloha have been sometimes weeks at a time delayed. Scott was fun to brainstorm with in the beginning, but when payments were due, he constantly called or texted until he received payment... often times MULTIPLE times in one day. After our last payment, he rarely responds to any text, calls, nor emails.

**Comment from Elite Pools by Aloha:**

> So sorry to hear this Janetta. At Aloha we strive to complete our projects as quickly as possible and always have happy customers. Although it is impossible to have set deadlines in construction, we do all we can to accommodate our customer’s wishes. Yes, construction typically is stressful. There are many moving parts in a concrete pool construction project which does not allow us to promise deadlines. Weather, product availability issues, changes and modifications, unknown site issues are only a few examples of things that cause delays. We place quality above expediency. Our goal is for our clients to enjoy their pools for years to come. Perhaps that is how we were just voted “Best Swimming Pool Company” by AY Magazine. I was not aware of any deadlines with your pool. It was completed before the completion of your house which was the only one I can imagine. I apologize for any delays in our responses to your issues and would greatly appreciate the opportunity to discuss and assist with any issues you may now have. I want to be your friend in the pool business.

> As someone who contracted Scott to build a pool last year prior to our home completion, I can tell you that contacting them prior to construction of a home will not help you. Multiple balls dropped. Multiple missed deadlines. Zero ability to answer simple questions - eg when can you come by, how long does it take to get a liner in, etc.
>
> Moved into our home and had to wait another 6 weeks for pool completion. Had to pay a private electrician to hook everything up. (Yes, you have to pay extra for power and water lines to be installed. They don’t include that in the quote.)
>
> Then once construction of the pool is completed, they drop you like a bad habit and deny obvious problems.
>
> Considering a complaint to the better business bureau as I’ve heard from friends that this is a common theme with this company.

**★★★★★ — Neil Robinson Custom Homes, LLC, July 2019**

> Elite Pools by Aloha has been amazing to work with. They are very knowledgeable and helped us come up with the perfect modern style pool and spa to fit exactly what we wanted. Scott had a creative vision for us and we enjoyed seeing this project through to completion. Scott and his crew were easy to work with, experienced, and we highly recommend this company.

**★★★★★ — Jane Gibson George, Aug. 2018**

> Thevexpetience with Aloha pools was amazing! Scott, the owner, was very easy to work with and did not try to coerce them into anything just to increase the price. It’s a beautiful and family friendly pool!!

**Comment from Elite Pools by Aloha:**

> Thanks for the kind Words Jane. Please let me know if I can ever help.
