> BMD Construction completely renovated a house that we had just bought that had not been updated since 1950.  We did everything from wall demolition (all interior walls were concrete block) to bathroom x2 and kitchen renovation.  Brendan was also responsible for a new metal roof, complete electrical rewiring and complete HVAC system replacement including all duct work.  Brendan knows where to get the right people for the job at a very fare price without skimping on quality or schedule.  From the laborers to the painters and drywallers, landscapers, patio people, driveway people, and the roofing guys to the genius that built our staircase, no words describe BMD Construction better than Best Quality.  Brendan and I had an excellent relationship including communicating often enabling the project to stay on schedule and on budget.  He is a great listener.  I would hire him again in a heartbeat!!
