For over 16 years, Raptor Construction has been specializing in custom home construction, interior trim carpentry and home remodeling and additions.

We have endeavored in custom home spec building as well as client owned custom home construction. We have done very extensive remodels from a complete gut of an existing house in Keystone Ranch, to smaller kitchen and bath remodels in homes and condos. We also do numerous additions of garages, outdoor space, and basement finishes. Every projects carpentry work is completed by us, including but not limited to: hardwood flooring install, custom bunk beds, built-ins, cubbies, tongue & groove ceilings, wet bars, railings, bookshelves, and closets.

Our business starts from a passion for carpentry and a love of working on building solutions. We enjoy working with our hands and using our experience to solve problems and ensuring a complete and professionally finished product.  We are involved in every aspect of the project from design input to budgeting and accounting. Our goals include maintaining exceptional communication, which enables homeowners the opportunity to stay involved throughout the completion of the project. We strive to build and maintain lasting client relationships through honesty hard work and accountability.

A: That is "Sebastian" from Telluride stone. It is a real stone shaved.

What is the tile used?

A: Arizona tile. Waterfall collection

A: That is bamboo. It is a custom stain. Cutting edge woodworking is the manufacturer. they are automatic electronic doors, hence no hardware.

**Q: Love the flooring. What type of wood is it?  Do you know the brand?** *(in Photo Questions)*

A: Yes, it is Walnut. It was provided and milled by our cabinet company, Cutting Edge woodworking. It was originally hand scraped and distressed. We decided it did not fit the feel of the home so we sanded and filled it flat.
