> Mike and his crew did an excellent job from helping to pick out exactly the granite we wanted to the expertise of a quality installation. Mike went over and beyond the normal level to match the seam that we had to make it a perfect match. Would i recommend him to a friend or family member, after getting to know Mike i would consider him as a contractor who is not only qualified  but also is compassionate about his work. **Q: How are sinks underlit?** *(in Photo Questions)*

What material are the sinks?  what kind of lighting was used to do the underlighting?

A: Hello! 

Thank you for your inquiry. 

These are onyx bowls, but any translucent material will do. 
They are on a photoelectric motion sensor so they only light up when the room is entered when dark.

The light source is an led array. 

Since the array and mock up is proprietary, I am not at liberty to reveal how it is done, but it is something we can do for you if you are interested.

**Q: How to update coffered ceilings without breaking the bank?** *(in Design Dilemma)*

Our new home (not our furniture pictured) has three coffered ceilings as pictured here, dining room, office and bedroom.  Our style is warm contemporary.  We want to update the ceiling and camouflage the traditional angle without disturbing the drywall.  How can we make them say WOW?  Thank you!

A: How about suspending frosted glass, or Painted MDF with trim accent in center of room. Glass would have a neat effect if you have a ceiling light that isnt in the picture. Please ignore the colors used, they are only in place to help visualize the dropped center piece
