Billy spent many hours answering questions long before we moved to New Bern and then spent many days walking lots of land until we found the perfect lot for our family. We have been dreaming of living in an old Victorian but wanted the amenities of a new home. Billy provided exactly what we wanted. We were a challenging couple because everything we wanted was custom. From using newel posts from 1860 that had to be altered to fit today's regulations to using old cabinets converted into vanities, you name it, Billy made everything we wanted a reality. Billy and his wife Donna are extremely professional, knowledgeable and provide quality work at an affordable price! On July 4th, after 8 months of living in our home, a large tree was struck by lightning which then went through the ground, hit the gas line and fried our Rinnai hot water heater. We texted Billy and asked that he stop by the next morning. He was there first thing and had the electricians out within an hour. When they said we needed a new hot water heater Billy drove 1 hour to get a new one for the plumbers to install the same day. That is just one of the many stories that prove Billy's dedication to his clients.
