Construction began in September 2008, and by July 2009, the project was completed in an impressive 10-month timeframe, notably faster than other builders in the community. > > Throughout the process, Paul maintained open communication, promptly addressing questions and presenting innovative solutions. Notably, he designed a striking stairway, overlooking wetlands, featuring solid maple treads, aluminum rails, and stainless-steel cables. Another challenge involved offsetting the master bedroom wing by 17 degrees, requiring intricate structural work, which Paul executed with ease. > > Emphasizing environmental friendliness, Paul made thoughtful material selections, such as bamboo flooring and ipe decks.
