After a few weeks we walked into our last stop, Julian Design, and finally found what we were looking for - something completely original that went beyond the furniture. > > Billie came over to our house, measured everything, asked a lot of questions and somehow came back with the perfect design we were looking for, including some things we hadn't even thought of! She came over a few more times to verify fabric patterns for the furniture and drapery, furniture and rug style and fit, color ideas and wall art. Both Billie and Tiffany (who did an amazing job of informing us and keeping schedules, added design suggestions, and managed the follow up and product delivery) came over to review the chair and contact the manufacturer of the issues. They were going to take the chair for repair when it was discovered the manufacturer was out of the leather dye lot used. Their solution was to leave the chair with us until a brand new replacement chair could be delivered.
