> Our work with Summit started with a solid recommendation from good friends of ours.  Summit commenced the renovation of our house in May 2018.  Overall it was a very good experience.
> Our renovation consisted of a basement and second storey gut as well as an addition at the back of the house and over the garage.  The project featured beautiful trim work, shaker style doors, a curbless shower, gorgeous tile work, custom cabinetry, new siding and windows.  Summit brought to the table a strong work ethic and continous progress throughout the summer with construction completion at the end of November that same year.  Summit staff were curteous, responsive and very easy to get along with which made for a stress free experience. Summit's sub-contractors were equally responsive helping to provide overall project synergies.  We worked with Walter throughout the project to both control the budget and make sure our money was always spent wisely.
