Working with Philadelphia interior designer, John Kelly, and Boulder architect Eric Weeks, the quality was excellent using the best materials and finishes. He could not have been better to work with--especially with me living in New Jersey. He was always quick to ask questions when in doubt and the result is the finest condo in all of Bear Claw and probably rivals any condo in Steamboat Springs. Even today, 10 years later, he is quick to respond to a question and coordinates any new work that may need to be done. The job involved clearing and leveling the construction site, which was on a fairly steep slope. The resulting structure is perfect in almost every way. It is situated in a position that makes it extremely convenient to the house. It's style and color are matched almost perfectly with the house as well. Rather than an "add-on," it looks like it was planned and constructed with the house itself. Many of my neighbors have complemented me on how good the garage looks. In 2011, the Quiksilver store moved to a new retail location and Rivertree was hired to accomplish the interior build out from a real estate sales office to a retail store. A bare space to a fully functional retail space is a required short time period. Both jobs were done in the required time period and on budget. The sub-contractors I worked with were high level professionals and I never encountered any problems that were not taken care of quickly and cost effectively. They use a system during the entire project to keep you informed, and is very helpful, on the day to day aspects of the project. My store still receives numerous compliments to this day. **★★★★★ — jddhdjwdwdwkdw, Feb. 2014** > In 2006 we "gutted" our 1972 Ranch House in Steamboat Springs, CO and loved the complete re-do of the Interior with Hand Hewn Hickory floors and Plaster while maintaing the Western Cedar "Mill Cut" rustic look of the exterior. > In 2012 we decided to extend the existing roof line 24ft with an addition to create a Master Suite and covered patio underneath. > Our main concern was to: > 1\) Maintain the Ranch House look of "Mill Cut" Western Cedar on the Exterior > 2\) Duplicate the "Interior Look" as to appear "seamless" with the existing interior. > The end result was that we could not be more pleased with the outcome and were impressed with attention to every detail for an "Addition" that doesn't look like one.
