It was one of their new projects-- there were no pictures or details available yet just a floor plan. So it was hard to imagine but the plan had everything we were looking for, so we kept it bookmarked. Over the next few months, as we continued looking at other homes, we would periodically check back on the listing for updates. Eventually photos, build descriptions, and details were posted and the home we bookmarked quickly turned in the house we loved. We visited the house as it was nearing completion, and we were impressed with their attention to detail both in design and craftsmanship. They catered to last minute details we requested and assisted greatly in the home buying process. While we are not very experienced home buyers, Ron and his team went above and beyond what we expected.
