His workers were prompt, clean and friendly. Joe was at the house every day while work was being done. I received 3 estimates for the work and Phoenix was the most complete and within my budget. > The suggestions provided by Joe R. the owner were most useful and did not add to the cost of the job. > He gave excellent advice in regards to the color of the siding and roof. His recommendations included a dry well to eliminate a previous flooding and icing conditions. Joe also recommended replacing a door to match all the new siding and roof. The work was done in a timely manner and done to the satisfaction of my wife and I.
