> In early 2017, we interviewed three whole-house remodeling firms that were recommended to us by Central Oregon Builders Association. Neil Kelly Co. was not the least expensive option; however, it became apparent in the interview process that the expertise and experience of this company would give us the best final project.  We can’t say it was stress-free or without a couple of glitches.  We can say that the Neil Kelly Co people (designer team, project management team and contractors/subcontractors) made the bumps in the process manageable and created a final home that stands out as “like it was always meant to be this way”.
> Paul Haigh, designer, was our initial contact person for Neil Kelly Co.  From the first visit we were impressed with Paul’s personable approach, skill in listening and discerning our needs and desires. We essentially had nearly the entire house touched in the remodel that included adding space to both ends of the house; remodeling the kitchen & dining room, reconfiguring two bathrooms and two bedrooms while adding an 1100 square foot addition that included sitting room, media/office, bedroom, bathroom as well as utility room.  The design process was collaborative; as we indicated at the outset was our desire.  Paul and his design assistant were attentive to every detail, taking our early drawings and turning them into a masterpiece of form, function and esthetic beauty.

> I found Paul through Houzz.com and decided to give him a call because of his great reviews. He helped us design the "Fun and Fabulous Kitchen" in Bend. He lived up to every nice thing said about him. He was an absolute pleasure to work with and always very responsive. We felt very comfortable contacting him about all of our questions or concerns throughout the entire process. We had a fairly good idea of how we wanted to design our kitchen, but Paul really helped guide us to achieve a result that was above and beyond our expectations.  Paul kept the design process moving along, but at the same time, we never felt rushed to make a decision.  We finalized a budget prior to commencing work and never had to worry about exceeding that budget given Neil Kelly's cost guarantee.  The project ended on budget and on schedule.  He and his design assistant provided scaled drawings throughout the process so we could see our kitchen taking shape and make changes as needed.  He really listened to our goals and provided finish options to fit within those goals.

> Shortly after entering escrow on a house, I hired Paul (and Neil Kelly) after one meeting - I knew he was the right partner.  The project was a major master suite remodel along with significant sprucing up of the guest bath and two bedrooms.  The design work started while I was still living in a different state with bi-weekly phone/computer meetings.  Paul understood what I liked and gave me great choices - substantially everything from stone to fixtures to paint color was selected prior to construction. The work started on time and was completed 2 1/2 months later - on schedule.  It was a great experience and I wouldn't consider working with anyone else.
