> Todd and I worked together for over five years on a painstaking historic restoration and renovation of my 1842 row house in Greenwich Village (NYC). I have nothing but the highest regard for him and would recommend him to anyone, whether they are doing a project similar to mine or completely different. Todd is smart, knowledgeable, conscientious, and a great collaborator. His breadth of knowledge is huge, spanning everything from architectural styles and periods to the technical aspects of mechanical systems, roofing, etc. He worked well with all of my contractors and mechanics and came up with beautiful design ideas that reflected what I was trying to achieve. His fees were reasonable and he always met deadlines. If I had another project to do, I would definitely hire him again.
