Incorporating total respect for space, the neighborhood & coastline and implementing all facets of the build with a “can-do” positive workman/like manner and attitude in what has been an extremely detail-oriented project..  Brad’s team of masters of their various trades have been a joy to witness.  Truly a pleasure to do business with.   We are left smiling big-time and thankful. We worked with Brad for over a year on a high-end remodel of our home by the beach and his work and the team of subcontractors that he works is outstanding.  His team provides the highest quality of detail and  craftsmanship that I have seen anywhere on the market today.  He is a calm, consummate professional and a great communicator.  He came in on budget and did an excellent job of communicating with us and setting our expectations along the way.  Unlike our friends who end their remodels at odds with their general contractor - we look forward to inviting ours over for dinner.
