> He gets one star only because they don't let me assign a negative value. This is the builder you want to avoid. Don't hire him and don't buy his houses. He is the absolute worst kind of builder...the kind who hides his errors behind the drywall. His shoddy plumbing left toilet water trickling through my walls for YEARS, unbeknownst to me. I opened the wall after a water leak had become obvious. Oh the horrible things I found. Rot. Mold. Mildew. What made matters worse is that if this hadn’t have happened, it may have taken years to discover that not only can Mr. Pinewski not plumb competently, but he decided to cut corners on the insulation. Instead of following code (i.e. the LAW), Mr. Pinewski decided to save a few dollars by installing substandard insulation in the outside wall (3/4” extruded polystyrene). This is in addition to shoddy electrical work, shoddy painting, and shoddy finish carpentry. I have pictures, and am considering taking legal action. Consider yourself warned.
