> We have built or remodeled seven homes over the years and we highly recommend Mark Gonzales, a partner in Cabo Custom Homes.  He built our current home while working with another company.  Mark is a man of integrity who is focused on customer satisfaction.  He made several suggestions to us while the home was under construction that enhanced the beauty and functionality of our home.  He effectively managed and coordinated the trade contractors to complete our home in a timely fashion.  Not only did we have a very short “punch” list of items at the end of the construction compared to other homes we have built, but even after we closed on our home, Mark was extremely responsive to the “punch” list items and did not quibble with our concerns.  Finally, three and one half years since our closing, we do not have any complaints about the quality of the construction of our home.
