> We would not have bought another home if we had not met Duval. Her enthusiasm and energy made looking fun and she was always available to show us 3 or 4 at a time. She asked what we wanted and where then opened those doors. Then, close to dusk on a Sunday she opened THE DOOR and we didn't need to look anymore. Plus the grandboy liked it. Duval moved fast finding a Home Inspector and walked with us on a stormy afternoon, umbrella in hand. Encouraged us thru the mortgage application and closing making sure nothing was overlooked. Sometimes you just get lucky.

> We couldn't have chosen a better realtor for our recent home sale than Duval Acker. Duval listens well and has a keen eye for appreciating the unique assets of a home. She was incredibly efficient with communication and highly driven and did everything humanly possible to be sure our home sold quickly for an excellent price- our home sold for well over asking price in three days as a result! If you're looking for an excellent realtor and wonderful person to help sell your home, you can't go wrong with Duval!
