The crew working on my condo were such professional, hard workers and even figured out an ingenious way to fit in a vanity that was too large for the space—they are magicians! > > My doors look awesome, the painting is flawless--I just can't say enough about how wonderful everything turned out. I highly recommend Peak Construction! **★★★★★ — HU-795170545, Aug. 2019** > Peak took care of me after I had water damage to my kitchen and master bath. My kitchen now looks like it’s from this century rather than the 1980s. The team was professional and courteous. I’m more than happy with the final product which included new cabinets, backsplash and countertops! **★★★★★ — Sam DeLaurentis, Jan. 2019** > I have hired Peak Construction & Remodeling for many jobs over the years from bathroom remodels to full home renovations. Every time the project has come out better than expected. The quality of work that Joe’s guys perform are the best in the industry. They are very clean and professional on the job site at all times. I would highly recommend hiring Peak Construction & Remodeling. **★★★★★ — Petre Chomicki, Jan. 2019** > Peak as hired in the winter of 2017 to finish our 2300-2400sf basement in Lemont, IL. We are very satisfied withe the quality of work that was done by Peak Construction & Remodeling, Inc. Joe and Ed, owners, made the proces very easy with great design ideas, good communication, and they handled several add-on requests throughout the project. We had recommended Peak to a few friends and neighbors, and they have all had the same experience. We would recommend them again and again! **★★★★★ — Kevin Murphy, Dec. 2018** > I hired Peak Construction & Remodeling, Inc. when we purchased our Hinsdale home in the spring of 2018. My wife was referred to Peak by our neighbors, who had recently used them for a renovation. After meeting with Joe and Ed, we knew we would be in good hands. We contracted Peak to renovate our dated kitchen. In addition they had painted, added custom moldings, and replaced the interior doors throughout the rest of the home. They did an excellent job, and most importantly, my wife loves it! We were also very pleased with the suppliers, the quality was great, and the prices were not astronomical, as we had experienced with previous contractors. I had a very positive experience overall, and have referred Peak to friends and family. Joe is experienced, and was able to come up with solutions to our design challenges, that others had failed. Their change orders were transparent, and they didn't take advantage of the situation. They have a great team, and our project manager Tony was the best. I would recommend Peak Construction & Remodeling, Inc. **★★★★★ — Mike Ryan, Feb. 2018** > We were referred to Joe at Peak Construction and Remodeling from mutual friends. In the summer of 2016, Joe and his team came and built our deck. We were so happy with the results we called Joe again this winter when our guest bathroom needed a remodel. We received three different quotes from local businesses and not only did we get the best quote from Joe, he was also able to start the following week. His team of remodelers arrived on time and worked fast and professionally. This was a total remodel including brand new drywall, porcelain tile flooring, plumbing, vanities and electrical. We absolutely love our new bathroom and people can’t believe when they came over that it’s the same space as before. It was hard to get quality photos considering it was only a guest bathroom but we would refer Joe and his team at Peak Construction and Remodeling to any of our friends and family. **★★★★★ — Anthony Kierna, Jan. 2018** > My wife and I used Joe and his team for our new home painting and consulting and they were above and beyond the best out there. From start to end they were on time, responsive, and did a fabulous job. We will always recommend Peak to or family and friends and will be using them for all of our future house endeavors. **★★★★★ — Jodi Anderson, March 2017** > Just recently hired and finished a project using Joe Andrew's and his amazing team from Peak Construction to install a wood finish on my cathedral ceiling. They made this project seem effortless (which it was not) and was completed with professionalism and courteousness. I recommend anyone seeking a reliable contractor would do well to utilize them. It was a pleasure to work with this team...the job looks awesome!!! **★★★★★ — Kraig Girdick, Dec. 2016** > I hired Joe to remodel my basement. He was very easy to work with and had ideas and solutions to problems at hand that others did not. The quality of the work was perfect and he stayed on budget as quoted. Any concerns or changes that I requested were discussed and the necessary changes were made. He also offered recommendations for roofers which I needed at the time which was helpful. I would recommend Peak and would use them again in the future. **★★★★★ — Tina Hickey, Dec. 2016** > Peak Remodeling completed a bathroom remodel for us. Custom cabinetry, painting, and flooring were done beautifully. Joe and his team were very helpful in assisting with design ideas, and we're always dependable, honest and professional. We would definitely recommend them for any of your home improvement projects! **★★★★★ — kadevito, Dec. 2016** > We hired Peak Remodeling for multiple home improvement projects. Our basement was completed including custom built cabinet installation, flooring, and paint. Our first floor was painted as well. Including trim and crown molding. Joe and his team of professionals were very thorough, friendly, and accomodating. They came highly recommended from a neighbor of ours and we would recommend them to anyone as well. **★★★★★ — Craig Schultz, Nov. 2016** > Excellent Service and craftsmanship on our bathroom remodel project and hardwood flooring throughout home. On time, under budget and above my expectations, I wish I could say that every contractor , but Peak has continuously delivered great results and I will look forward to doing business in the future ## Selected projects - [Cardinal Residence](https://www.houzz.com/hznb/projects/cardinal-residence-pj-vj~7712283) - Location: Not specified - Photos: 9 - [Florek Master Bath](https://www.houzz.com/hznb/projects/florek-master-bath-pj-vj~7698801) - Location: Not specified - Photos: 7 - [Cinnaholic Franchise Buildout](https://www.houzz.com/hznb/projects/cinnaholic-franchise-buildout-pj-vj~7425821) - Location: Chicago, Illinois - Photos: 10 - [Crumble Cookies Buildout](https://www.houzz.com/hznb/projects/crumble-cookies-buildout-pj-vj~7425816) - Location: Not specified - Photos: 13 - Description: Peak Construction & Development, LLC coverted an existing vacant plaza space into a Crumble Cookies for the Franchises new location. - [Commercial Build out's](https://www.houzz.com/hznb/projects/commercial-build-out-s-pj-vj~5809771) - Location: Burr Ridge, IL - Photos: 6 - [Master Bath Renovation - Ruffled Feathers, Lemont, IL](https://www.houzz.com/hznb/projects/master-bath-renovation-ruffled-feathers-lemont-il-pj-vj~5472707) - Location: Lemont, IL - Photos: 17 - Description: This spacious bathroom is a sprawling 135 square feet of pure luxury.
