> Jared Vogt sold us a beautiful house. The follow up service gas been Auful. last winter our doors froze shu tand our humidity was high. It turned out the the air exchanger was never insalled properly, The in take was sealed and the remmote conrol was not connected. we have complained for the last 9 months . Communication has been bad and they have sent their fixer to make minor adjustments to the doors. The damage to the doors is permanent and we were promosed at least one replacement

**Q: Can you tell me what kind and colour flooring you used?** *(in Photo Questions)*

A: The color is King Cloud.  The brand is Gerflor LVT Senso 0652 from EG Penner Building centre

**Q: love the siding...which brand is it** *(in Photo Questions)*

A: The siding is James Hardie Siding and I believe the color is butter cream although I don't see it listed on their website anymore

Where are your pendants over the island from?  Thanks.

A: These pendants came from Superlite in Winnipeg
