Yes, the thermostat will include a floor sensor wire inside its packaging. In fact all of our thermostats come with a sensor probe.

A: You can use thin rugs that won't trap the heat from the system underneath.  Thicker rugs that will trap heat underneath are not advised to be used.

it going from the east coast to the west coast before to me on the east coast in virginia

**Q: Thermostat for Radiant Floor** *(in Product Questions)*

I have a Honeywall thermostat in my new home for my radiant floor in my master bathroom. Every time it turns on or changes temp is makes a loud clicking nose that drives us crazy at night and in the early morning. It's probably the mechanical relay.  I would like to find a new thermostat that I can easily swap the Honeywell out for that doesn't make any noise. Any suggestions?

Thank you for reaching out to us in regards to the issue with your thermostat; to be clear all of the thermostats make a clicking sound as they turn on and there is no model that is completely silent. **Q: i purchased two of these cables for my tile floor last year,** *(in Product Questions)*

I used the floors last winter but cant figure out how to heat them back up this year?

Sorry to hear you're having trouble getting the floor to heat.  You'll need to contact Schluter, the manufacturer of the Ditra-Heat cables and they can help you trouble shoot the system.
