After visiting the Central Florida area for many years, Pete Bracy, a builder from upstate New York, decided to move his family to St Cloud, Florida in 1986. He started Bracy Builders which is one of the very few custom home builders in the area.

For over 29 years, Bracy Builders has been one of Central Florida's most trusted homebuilders.   

Bracy Builders is family owned and operated by father, son and daughter. Our goal is to assist homeowners in finding property and help in the full design stages for your new home. Since we are a Custom Home Builder, we try to include all the necessary options that will make your home suit your needs without any hidden costs in the end.
