He called me back promptly and we arranged a meeting in the near future. He arrived on time, was very respectful of my home and followed me upstairs to look at my master bath shower. When I had the tiling redone, about 20 years ago, we never had shelves put in to hold bath items so we were using a chrome floor to ceiling pole with wire racks. The look was sloppy and cheap, really an eyesore. Mark gave me his recommendation for shelving, the location, number of shelves and spacing. The result is a clean, upgraded shower stall and actually makes the shower look bigger without all the clutter. I would highly recommend him, he is a true professional!
