I never met either one of them in person until after we had completed the custom home plan, closed the loan and cleared the lot. Everything was done by email and even the closing was a mail-away. > When they did come to town the first time we were well under way with construction. Color selections and material selections were a breeze. Mrs. Terrie knew what she wanted and made it easy for us to plan and schedule our sub-contractors. > I have to give credit to Mrs. Terrie...She had done her homework and had all her "ducks in a row". Being a retired military commander certainly prepared her for a long distance building project and Mr. Frank also got to give his input for His Man Cave mechanical systems . > Another thing I would have never done even 10 years ago, would be call the front door supplier in California and give some lady I had never met before my credit card information and expect her to ship me a $4,000. door across the country. We were completely satisfied with the entire building process from start to finish. David Greek, his associates, and sub-contractors did a fantastic job without question. Every step of the construction process was completed on time with zero re-work or deficiencies. This builder was on-point with every phase and every aspect of quality home construction! We requested numerous upgrades during the construction process and they were professionally incorporated exactly as requested. After moving into the home, our highest electric bill during the hottest part of the summer was only around $200-$250 which we attribute to the excellent construction and energy efficiency of the home. We lived in the house for four years until I was transferred to another state due to my occupation, so we had to sell it. We never experienced any adverse issues with the home during the time we lived there. We are currently building another home with a different builder in Texas and it's been a far cry from the stress free experience we had from Stonehurst.
