> Horrible company. He acts as if he know all but doesn't.  Our roof had only been on for about a month when we were told by our gutter guys that our roof wasn't at code.  There was no drip edge (flashing). Rick the owner tried to state it wasn't on the blue prints, then he stated maybe it wan't a county requirement.  After having the roof inspected by a roof company and a inspector, the whole roof has to be removed and replaced.( Expose nails, vents installed improper, torn and cut roofing, nails could be pulled out by hand, the over hang into the cutters is to be 2" and it was only 1")  We were told by the inspector that we would be lucky if the roof lasted us a year.  We haven't heard a word from Pride Construction (Rick) since we told him we were having the roof inspected. We also don't have enough ventilation in the crawl space. We haven't even been able to have our final inspection and have no clue what else will show up.  He also banks on the county not catching his short cuts. He claims he warranties the new home, but he doesn't.  I can't imagine all the people he's taking advantage of. The whole new house build was a nightmare. Shower stall entrance was only 20" rough opening and he tried to state it was how he does all his showers. where the blue prints wanted 3 supporting post he wanted to only put in one.  I could go on for hours but will stop now
