On his first visit Roman outlined exactly how he would cover all the walls, floors and furniture with plastic and paper before beginning the removal process. He even showed us a video of how he works. We are extremely pleased with the result. Our new white ceilings are absolutely smooth giving the rooms a much cleaner and modern look. There was some "drift" during the removal process (as there always is when working with popcorn removal), but, it was very minimal and clean-up was easy.
