> We purchased a “spec” house from Stacy Conley. Our new home is well built with many nice upgrades. Obvious care was taken with many of the decor choices such as flooring, lighting, and trim work. Stacy was good to deal with on most issues. We are disappointed with the quality of the appliances. The moving process was made difficult as there was no flexibility with our move in date. A more transparent process of obtaining estimates for contract negotiated items would have been helpful. This was Stacy’s first home that she built and we are happy to recommend her to others.
