Our job involved demoing and rebuilding decks (including roof decks on top of living space) on the backside of our very vertical house. They stripped the decks down to the studs, repaired lots of dry rot, rebuilt the slope, installed new water proofing membranes, and built floating composite decks and a cable railing system. We had some funky design details we wanted to eliminate and Brian came up with creative ways to re-build the decks with a simple and clean finish. In addition, Brian's team performed the majority of their work while we were away over the summer and we trusted his crew implicitly in our home. Brian was incredibly responsive to any questions we had and sent us details progress check-in and pictures at the end of each day to keep us in the loop while we were away. Once we returned, they were conscientious of our need to return to work in the home and thoughtful about ensuring they wore proper facemasks and protected our family.
