> It was such a pleasure to work with Rochelle and her staff throughout this process. They were all responsive and always kind, as well as concerned with my well-being during a couple of personal rough spots in my life. I plan to use their services again in the future.

  - Description: Ready for a slower pace of life on the coast, this couple chose to build a new home overlooking the marina. In collaboration with PBC Design + Build, we designed the home from the ground up, guiding every detail from exterior selections and finishes to lighting, wallpaper, and furnishings. The result is a relaxed and inviting coastal retreat—a comfortable place to unwind, enjoy the waterfront views, and settle into their new coastal lifestyle.
- [The Asbury \| Idyllic Open Concept](https://www.houzz.com/hznb/projects/the-asbury-idyllic-open-concept-pj-vj~7684390)
  - Location: Greenville, SC

  - Description: After living in their idyllic neighborhood for 20 years, this couple chose to renovate their dated home’s entire first floor rather than leave their dear friends. We drafted an entirely new floor plan, moved the kitchen to the opposite side of the home, created open flow throughout the common areas, added a bathroom, furnished the home, and much more. It’s now a place where they love to relax and enjoy good company.
