My husband and I found them via Houzzz after purchasing a home in need of some significant upgrades. The entire team is respectful, clean and works incredibly fast! They met and exceeded all of our project/move-in timelines making the transition into our new house very easy. Not only did they take our kitchen to another level, but they also helped with some custom molding throughout our main hallway. Roberto and Rodrigo take the time to listen to what you’re looking for and truly help come up with a solution that works with your budget to get the best outcome. Roberto is always available to answer questions and bring in other professionals (i.e. electrician, plumber) to complete the full project. We have found our go to contractor and plan on using RR Improvement for many projects to come. I can’t say enough about the quality of their work! **Comment from RR HOME IMPROVEMENT:** > thanks Olivia and Chris for the trust, we love working with you ### All 21 reviews **★★★★★ — Tracey Horan, June 2024** > RR Home Improvement recently finished a renovation of a condo I inherited that had not seen any updates in about 25 years. The home is now completely transformed and I could not be happier with the service I received. Throughout the project, the project manager stayed in close contact. He was able to make informed recommendations for some changes to align with current trends and make the house marketable. The project included flooring (carpet and refinishing hardwood), painting, minor carpentry/repairs, kitchen cabinet painting, new countertops and light electrical work. The crew was neat and disposed of all the construction debris. The entire project stayed on budget and was completed more quickly than I believed could happen given the original state of things. I would not hesitate to recommend RR Home Improvement or to use them again myself for future projects. **Comment from RR HOME IMPROVEMENT:** > Thank you so much, Tracey! We're thrilled you had a great experience working with Us and love the finished product. Your recommendation means a lot to us! If you ever need assistance with anything else, don't hesitate to reach out. **★★★★★ — Alisa teselle, Dec. 2023** > We had a great experience with RR Home Improvement for our recent basement finishing project. Roberto was always very helpful and responsive from planning all the way to the final touches. My basement presented a number of challenges but Roberto always came with solutions and suggestions for how to make the space work for our needs. The project moved along quickly and we were very happy to have it all wrapped up before the holidays. I definitely would work with RR Home Improvement again in the future. **Comment from RR HOME IMPROVEMENT:** > Thank you Dan for the trust, Our team worked really hard to make everything perfect, we are happy to hear that. **★★★★★ — pmcnallyma, Sept. 2023** > My home came with a 4x4 front step/porch area that needed to be replaced. I always thought it would be better to have a roof since it is a very exposed area. I am so pleased with the final outcome. The curb appeal of the house is so much better now & people/packages will be covered. > > I am very impressed with Roberto and his team. This was my first ever construction project & I found RR Home Improvements here on Houzz. Roberto followed up, kept me updated on the permit status and timeline. He answered any questions I had without making me feel silly or getting defensive. I found his explanations and descriptions understandable. Mostly I never felt I was being treated in a condescending manner or being taken advantage of by being a female. I would definitely use RR again & highly recommend them. **Comment from RR HOME IMPROVEMENT:** > Patti, Thank You for your trust and the words; we loved working with You on this first project. I hope You enjoy the new area. **★★★★★ — Vinod P., Aug. 2023** > Roberto and Rodrigo were great to work with. We finished our basement and refinished our floors. Both projects came out well. They were flexible when we had to adjust our plans a bit, which is key for me as these projects are long and things can change. **Comment from RR HOME IMPROVEMENT:** > Vinod, it was a pleasure working with Your family. Thanks for the words.! **★★★★★ — HU-983301987, July 2023** > We had a vision to renovate the kitchen when we bought our home and Roberto and his team helped us bring the dream live. > > It was a pleasant experience working with Roberto and their team. We just completed a big renovation finishing basement, first floor remodel and updating bathrooms and couldn’t be happier with how everything came out, Roberto, Rodrigo, Daniel and all other contractors that came to our home were all very professional and really cared about the quality of the work they were doing, Roberto always kept in touch answering any questions and a master at coordinating and scheduling everything that was needed. They helped us find solutions to make our home more functional and updated, we are so happy with how everything turned out! **Comment from RR HOME IMPROVEMENT:** > Thank You, Christina and Nate, we loved working on Your projects!!! **★★★★★ — Angela B, April 2023** > Roberto, Rodrigo and team were great to work with. I had a second floor laundry leak that destroyed half my condo. I needed everything redone, literally, from floor to ceiling. Their team does excellent work in a timely and professional manner. I appreciated the time they took answering all my questions and coming on site to assess the work being done before moving to the next phase. This put my mind at ease. Now my place looks better than when I moved in. Overall, I would highly recommend them for any home improvement project. **Comment from RR HOME IMPROVEMENT:** > Hi Lisa, thank You very much for your trust, we loved working with Your Family **★★★★★ — Andrea T, Dec. 2022** > We are so grateful we decided to work with RR Improvement for our guest room and new bathroom renovations. For this bathroom and another Reno, we had gone through two others that did not have either the ability or professionalism we expect but luckily that brought us to R&R. Key things we found best about the team we're their 1) communication, 2) high quality work, & 3) flexibility. Highly recommend this team for any Reno needs. **Comment from RR HOME IMPROVEMENT:** > Thanks, Gabe, we loved working with You and your project! **★★★★ — craig bolton, Sept. 2022** > Roberto was very accommodating and understanding. They re-cladded three dormers with cedar clapboard and trim. Also did other trim and clapboard replacement around the house. Cleaned up every day and even brought their own port-a-john. > Great job **★★★★★ — HU-50357547, Aug. 2022** > They provided the entire crew who were cheerful, hard working, accomandating and NICE! > 2 bathrooms - new vanity, new tile floor, new toliet, paint -- after destruction of bathroom -- 1 at a time! > 4 Ceiling fan installations > 1 electrical installation > > They have > Roberto the Owner -- super man > Dan the Plumber > 3 Electricians at least > Painter > Destroyer > Tilers > > All are THE BEST PEOPLE IN THE WORLD and PROS AT THEIR WORK!!! **Comment from RR HOME IMPROVEMENT:** > Magdaline, thanks for the words, Me, Rodrigo (my partner) and our crew loved working with you, thanks again!! **★★★★★ — Justin Park, Aug. 2022** > Roberto helped renovate our bathroom, install a shower door, new tile on the walls and floors, along with a new vanity. We had a significant amount of wood rot on the exterior of our house and we hired RR Improvement to remove all of the trim on the entire house, and to replace it with PVC. When I contacted Roberto he responded quickly, and when he showed up to give me a quote it was immediately clear that he was an expert and that he cared about the work being done correctly. His crew were professional, kind, and most importantly, they did an impeccable job just as I was promised. Roberto kept in touch with me throughout the project and answered all of my questions thoroughly and kindly. He also went above and beyond to ensure that the end product was exactly as I wanted it. We are thrilled with how the work turned out and are already planning to use RR Improvement again for a bathroom renovation. **Comment from RR HOME IMPROVEMENT:** > Lauren, thanks for the trust. looking forward to working together again!! **★★★★★ — HU-139175704, June 2022** > These guys are the best.
