> DEC installed wood flooring and baseboards throughout my home. Prior to installation the team grinded the concrete floors applied adhesive and poured self leveling throughout the entire ( excluding restrooms) 2700 ft house. Once that process was complete they installed the flooring and baseboards. All work was done very clean with attention to detail. They also addressed my concerns throughout the installation process. The floor has no soft areas or bounce areas due to the self-leveling that was placed prior to installation. Yes self leveling process is pricey however your end result is excellent. I am extremely happy that we went through the correct process. I have spoken with other people that have the same type of flooring and did not do this process and have bounce and soft areas. We are pleased with our final product and are happy with DEC on not cutting any corners on the installation.
